If you’re unfamiliar with my channel, I share my asexual life journey daily, through vlogging, to help you in your own life journey. I provide a variety of videos:
Asexual Education
Asexual Entertainment
Asexual Lifestyle
Asexual Information
I like to show asexuality and the up and downs of asexual life, in real life contexts, rather than just give text book definitions of asexuality, as well as showing multiple aspects of my asexual life. That way it makes asexuality a lot more relatable, which is important to foster understanding not just among those who are asexual – but among those who aren’t asexual, and who have never heard of it before. People fear what they don’t understand, so by making asexuality and asexual life more relatable, this helps my mission of getting asexuality recognised as a sexual orientation in its own right throughout the globe so no asexual has to live in fear of ridicule ever again.
I also do a late night chat show covering dating, relationships, confidence, self-love and self-care, as well as very popular no sex movie reviews – diving deep into the themes of each movie.
For some people Christmas is already over, for others it’s half way through (Happy ACEmas – Happy Christmas) and the festive celebrations continue and for others it’s never started – as they don ‘t celebrate it. Wherever you’re at, I hope you make the most of the final days left in December and play full out for it. Here’s why – watch the video below.
Read my AI Assistant’s summary of the key points in my video conversation below – I have checked and corrected its summary:
Don’t Let December Slip Away: Cherish the Present and Prioritise You
The festive season is a magical time, but it often speeds by in a blur of gift-giving, parties, and planning for the year ahead. Many of us are already looking towards January, setting new goals and leaving the current year behind. But what if we’re missing out on something precious by rushing? Sandra reminds us that the final days of December hold immense value. It’s a time to slow down, appreciate the here and now, and focus on ourselves before the next chapter begins.
The Art of Savouring the Present Moment
Christmas Day might be over for some, but the festive spirit and the remaining days of December are far from finished. Sandra emphasises the importance of embracing the present moment rather than constantly looking ahead. We often get caught up in the anticipation of what’s next, forgetting to appreciate the beauty of what’s unfolding right now. This mindset can lead us to miss out on valuable experiences and moments of joy.
Time is a precious commodity. Once it passes, it’s gone forever. It’s easy to fall into the trap of constantly planning for the future, especially after a challenging year. However, this can mean we’re not fully present to enjoy the current days. Sandra shares her own struggles with mental health, which can make focusing on the present difficult. Yet, the core of mindfulness is about appreciating where we are, right now, without getting lost in the past or future.
We are alive, and that is something to be cherished. In a world where circumstances can change in an instant, every moment is a gift. Sandra highlights that while we might wish for a new year, it’s essential to acknowledge the people we have with us now. Missing out on the present means missing opportunities to connect, to experience, and to simply be. The remaining days of December offer a chance to soak in the festive atmosphere, connect with loved ones, and practice gratitude.
Navigating a Challenging Year with Resilience
This past year, like many others, has presented its share of difficulties. Sandra openly shares her personal journey through significant trauma, including a serious spinal injury. Despite facing immense challenges, such as a prolonged recovery period, unexpected health setbacks, and the painful dissolution of close friendships, she emphasises the importance of resilience. These tough times, while painful, reveal our inner strength and capacity to overcome adversity.
Sandra recounts experiencing a year filled with hardships, from physical pain and ongoing medical battles to the emotional toll of ending relationships that no longer aligned with her values. The decision to let go of friendships, even those held for years, is a testament to her commitment to integrity and honesty. This process, while difficult, is a crucial step in personal growth and self-preservation.
Despite the struggles, Sandra highlights that these challenging experiences do not define her. Instead, they showcase her resilience and her ability to show up, day after day. It’s in overcoming these tough times that we learn our own strength. This realisation fuels the determination to face future challenges, knowing that we have the capacity to get through them, just as we have in the past.
The Power of Self-Dating and Self-Care
In the midst of festive preparations and reflections on the year past, prioritising self-care is paramount. Sandra introduces the concept of “self-dating” as a powerful tool for enhancing well-being. Self-dating isn’t about necessity; it’s about intentionally setting aside time for activities that bring joy and rejuvenation, treating yourself to a special experience that isn’t part of your daily routine.
This practice is akin to nurturing a relationship with yourself. It involves making deliberate choices to engage in activities that make you feel good, loved, and valued. Whether it’s a solo trip to the cinema, a quiet afternoon with a book, or simply enjoying a meal without distractions, self-dating reinforces self-worth and builds self-trust. It’s about showing up for yourself, just as you would for a cherished friend.
Investing in self-care and self-dating is an investment in your overall happiness and resilience. By consciously creating moments of joy and self-compassion, you build a stronger relationship with yourself. This internal validation is crucial, as external validation can be fleeting. Sandra stresses that this practice helps you to thrive, empowering you to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater strength and a more positive outlook.
Why Self-Dating Matters
Builds Self-Trust: Consistently showing up for yourself, even when tired or unmotivated, strengthens your belief in your own reliability.
Promotes Self-Esteem: Engaging in activities you enjoy and that nourish your soul naturally boosts how you feel about yourself.
Fosters Self-Compassion: It’s a tangible way to show yourself kindness, understanding, and the care you deserve.
Enhances Your Relationship with Yourself: Just like any relationship, the one you have with yourself needs nurturing to flourish.
Valuing Your Core Principles: Honesty and Integrity
As we reflect on the year and look towards the future, assessing the people and environments that surround us becomes increasingly important. Sandra shares her personal journey of re-evaluating her friendships, leading her to prioritise honesty and integrity above all else. This means recognising that not everyone aligns with our core values, and it’s okay to create distance when necessary.
Sandra explains that while others may not necessarily be “bad” people, a misalignment in values can create disharmony. For Sandra, honesty and integrity are non-negotiable. This led to difficult decisions, including ending friendships where these values were not upheld. It’s a powerful reminder that healthy relationships are built on mutual respect for core principles.
This commitment to personal values extends to how we interact with others and how we perceive their self-assessments. Sandra learned the hard way not to overly “help” individuals who consistently label themselves as “bad.” Instead, she now takes people at their word, recognising that it’s their journey to change, not hers to enable. This protects her own well-being and ensures she surrounds herself with those who uplift and respect her.
Embracing the “Full On Out” December
Despite the difficulties of the past year, Sandra encourages a “full on out” approach to enjoying the remaining days of December. Instead of rushing into the new year, she advocates for fully embracing the present festive season. This means continuing to enjoy the Christmas lights, the decorations, the music, and the company of loved ones.
There’s a tendency to quickly move past December once Christmas Day has passed. However, the festive spirit often extends beyond the 25th. Sandra highlights that many Christmas-themed activities and events continue into late December and even early January. It’s an opportunity to soak up the remaining joy and sparkle, rather than letting it go to waste.
This “full on out” approach also involves celebrating life itself. It’s about acknowledging our resilience, appreciating the good moments that did occur, and recognising that even tough times have taught us valuable lessons. Sandra reminds us that life is a celebration, and the present moment is where that celebration truly happens. By embracing the present, we honour our journey and foster a positive outlook for the future.
Making the Most of Your December Days
Continue Festive Celebrations: Don’t pack away the decorations or stop the Christmas music just yet. Enjoy the remaining holiday ambiance.
Attend Local Events: Many festive attractions and experiences remain open for a few more days. Take advantage of them.
Practice Gratitude: Reflect on the gifts you’ve received, both material and non-material, and appreciate the people still in your life.
Prioritise Self-Care: Use this time to recharge and focus on your well-being, especially by starting a self-dating practice.
Reflect and Plan (Gently): While enjoying the present, you can also use quieter moments for gentle reflection on what you’d like for the year ahead.
The Lasting Impact of Self-Love and Resilience
Sandra’s journey highlights a profound realisation: the most crucial relationship we have is with ourselves. In a world that can often feel uncertain, relying on external validation is a fragile foundation. Building resilience, self-trust, and self-worth from within is essential for navigating life’s complexities.
Sandra shares her evolution from prioritising romantic relationships to understanding the enduring importance of friendships. However, she ultimately concludes that the only true constant is oneself. This understanding underscores the need to nurture the relationship with yourself as fiercely as you would with anyone else.
This self-reliance isn’t about isolation; it’s about cultivating an inner strength that allows you to face challenges, even when external support is scarce. Sandra emphasises treating yourself with the same kindness, compassion, and understanding you would offer a best friend. This internal support system is vital for well-being, enabling you to thrive, no matter the circumstances.
Conclusion: Cherish Today, Thrive Tomorrow
As December winds down, it’s a critical time to pause and reflect. Rushing into the new year without appreciating the present can lead to missed opportunities for joy and connection. Sandra’s message is a powerful reminder to savour every moment, practice intentional self-care through self-dating, and honour your core values.
By embracing the present, acknowledging your resilience, and nurturing your relationship with yourself, you build a stronger foundation for whatever the future holds. The remaining days of this year offer a precious chance to play “full on out,” celebrating life and preparing for the next chapter with intention and self-compassion. Don’t let these moments slip away – they are the building blocks of a fulfilling life.
How I’m Playing Full Out This Christmas and Throughout December – In My Own Words
This year I made sure to enjoy my Christmas throughout December and play full out in it. In spite of having 3 broken bones in my spine – yes, you read that right – an MRI confirmed I have 3 broken bones in my spine since April last year, not 2 that showed up on the X-Ray.
I even carefully put my tree and decorations up for the first time ever, in November this year. It’s the first time I have not put all of my tinsel up – but I am happy to have decorated 2 large Christmas trees and put up enough Christmas stuff.
In case you didn’t already know, I attended the Women’s Business Awards in London on the 3rd of December and won 2nd Runner Up for Speaker of the Year – I was in a category along with 19 other people, so competition was very high. They said I worked very hard on my profile within Women’s Business Club – who run these awards. You can check out my profile here if you’re curious https://womensbusiness.club/u/SandraBellamy
If you voted for me, thank you so, so much. I appreciate that so much.
I was absolutely thrilled to receive this award and you can hear the moment when they announced I won this, in the video here:
While I was in London I went to Shrek’s Adventure, which was all Christmassy here:
I also went to the Disney Store in London Oxford Street here
I also went to The Greatest Showman Come Alive Circus Spectacular show – here is a video from that show:
I still have more videos to post from that on my channel – I have a backlog of videos I haven’t yet posted on my channel about this, as I’ve been so very busy with getting ready for Christmas and doing more Christmassy things in my city, as seen in the videos below:
Here is a video of my city, Exeter, UK, at Christmas.
Here is a video of Exeter Cathedral Christmas Market I went to:
Here is a video of a live walk through I did of Winter Wonderland in Exeter on Christmas Eve:
I also want to thank those of you who have watched, liked, commented, shared, or viewed my Asexualise channel as we’ve gone over 1.8 million organic views now and 149,000 of those occurred in the last 28 days. I can’t thank you enough for your love and support xx
One of the gifts my mum got me for Christmas was some Christmas Pyjamas which unintentionally represent asexuality as they have ACE playing cards on them and ACE is the nickname for asexual. My mum didn’t realise this when she bought them for me, but it makes them extra special for me. See what they look like in the video below and stay ACE xx
Something amazing has happened. which is huge recognition for asexuality. 💜
Someone nominated me for both Speaker of the Year and Diversity and Inclusion Awards with Women’s Business Awards and I am through to the finals – and go to the global awards ceremony in London next week – which is HUGE for asexuality! More education and more publicity = more awareness.
I was featured in an article on Exeter Today news website, and made headline news when the story about me being an awards finalist was first published on their site – I love that they immediately put in the subheading – “Exeter’s Sandra Bellamy recognised for her work in diversity and inclusion and public speaking, championing asexual awareness and community connection across the city.” – That makes “asexual” really stand out.
I feel so blessed, honoured and proud, that one or two people went out of their way to nominate me for these 2 awards, which seems especially fitting, as it’s been a decade now since I’ve been putting out content and been helping asexuals on my Asexualise My Asexual Life channel and I’ve hit over 1.6 million views this year and counting.💜
It took me over 9 years to achieve 1 million views on the 23rd of December 2024 and now I’ve gained over half a million extra views in less than a year.
Over the years I have diversified my content to now include a range of asexual education, information, lifestyle and entertainment – sharing my own asexual life journey, in order to help others in theirs, and to empower and enhance the lives of asexuals, to raise asexual awareness among the masses, and to make it more accepted and easier to relate to and understand.
I know many of you here have supported me on my channel over the years, and I really appreciate the kind comments, the likes, the shares, the subs and the views – I feel very fortunate and I could not have done this without you.💜
Watch the video below to see my personal story in case you want to know more about how it all began, or click here to watch it https://youtu.be/OQ6pZDwW-Yc
I’ve also been interviewed on Phonic FM – my local community radio station in Exeter, UK, on the – We Don’t Know Show with Will Pollard, 3 times now, talking about asexuality and twice about being an awards finalist. The video below is the result of one of those interviews – it includes a clip from when I spoke at the UK Asexuality Conference, watch it now – or click here https://youtu.be/VQvHYnny0Po
When I first started my Asexualise My Asexual Life Channel 10 years ago, I never dreamed my incredible journey would have brought me here, but here I am, standing proudly as the face and voice of a minority sexual orientation, that is asexuality. My main aim has been and always will be, to empower and enhance the lives of asexuals and educated others, so that my lifetime mission of getting asexuality recognised as a sexual orientation in its own right throughout the globe, so no asexual has to live in fear of ridicule ever again, can be fulfilled.
If I win Speaker of the Year and Diversity and Inclusion Awards, with Women’s Business Awards https://womensbusiness.club/awards not only do I think they will be representative of what I do really well, but the awards won’t just be for me, they will be for asexuals and anyone who’s ever had their voice drowned out…. Who’s ever had their voice stifled… and not been allowed to be themselves… Who’s ever had their voice silenced! Whether people have been bullied… Or been shamed for having mental health conditions or disabilities… Who’s been made to feel less than they are… I hear you, I see you, and I feel you 🤗.
As a curvy disabled asexual (I have unseen disabilities), I also actively promote body positivity and show both the ups and downs of disabled life, so people know they are not alone and that we do not have to live up to the expectations and stereotypes of other people, or let our limits limit us in a way that others would define.
We are here, we have a voice, and I’m proud to speak up for those who feel they cannot speak up for themselves – giving a voice to the voiceless and making asexual voices count and be heard. Judging on who will be the actual winner of these 2 categories, along with voting, ends today – 30th November 2025, at midnight GMT. If you would like to support me, I would love to have your vote, it’s free to do. If you would like me to win Speaker of the Year and Diversity and Inclusion Awards, which I am a finalist for, you can vote for me herehttps://womensbusiness.club/u/SandraBellamy

To get the new year off to a great start, for the first time ever, I interviewed someone on my Asexualise My Asexual Life channel about their asexuality and asexual journey…
In this heartfelt episode, Minkey / 5mart2n takes us on a reflective journey through his decade-long exploration of asexuality. From the moment he discovered his orientation in January 2015, at just 21 years old, Minkey / 5mart2n shares the ups and downs of identifying as asexual and aromantic, while remaining open to heteroromantic feelings. It’s a raw conversation about self-discovery, societal expectations, and the importance of embracing one’s true self.

And get a copy of Asexual Perspectives 47 Asexual Stories book here https://amzn.to/3WpxET0 or from your local Amazon, or any good book store and check out 5mart2n’s full story in chapter 44, which starts on page 405 of the printed edition of the book!
Main Themes: Self-Improvement Over Romance:

Coming Out and Community Support:
He shares a story about coming out to a cousin through his YouTube channel and highlights the challenges of promoting asexuality in a world that often prioritises sexual narratives.
Navigating Societal Pressures:
Minkey / 5mart2n reflects on his past fears about not being taken seriously and discusses the societal pressures that make it challenging to disclose one’s asexuality, particularly in heteronormative environments. He expresses a desire for greater visibility and acceptance of asexual identities.
Challenging Traditional Expectations:
The conversation takes a critical look at societal expectations around marriage and parenthood. Minkey / 5mart2n shares his firm stance against having children and critiques the institution of marriage, discussing how these traditional norms can be painful and limiting.
Communication and Relationship Dynamics:
He advocates for open communication between sexual and asexual individuals, emphasising the need for mutual understanding in navigating emotional connections versus sexual activity. Minkey / 5mart2n also touches on his introverted nature and the anxieties that accompany social interactions.

Whatever you are doing, however you are celebrating, if you do celebrate this festive season, I hope you’re happy and enjoying life.
I know for some asexuals, Christmas is a time of love, laughter, joy and happiness, and I personally love Christmas, but for others it can feel like a lonely experience, and I talked about some asexuals not liking Christmas because they see family members and friends having the type of things that they feel they can’t have as an asexual – which is tough- in a recent live stream I did here https://www.youtube.com/live/wHDB0SvOVzg?si=TfR0TvocuKfxnCYn
I am celebrating Christmas with my parents, since I came to stay with them on Christmas Eve.
This year, not only am I celebrating Christmas, I’m also celebrating life itself – which is the greatest gift ever and an appreciation for things I am grateful for in my life, despite this having been a tough year for me health wise. Hence why it’s been a long time since I wrote a blog post here.
I’m celebrating:
* My dad being alive and with me and my mum for Christmas, after being rushed into hospital in January and as a consequence is on permanent oxygen 24/7 with a diagnosis of COPD.
* Being alive myself. After I had an “immediately dangerous” gas leak last week and had to call the gas emergency services to come to my home to measure the severity of the gas leak and make my home safe.
* I’m thankful that although I broke 2 bones in my back this year, I could still walk and with 8 months of hard work doing painful physio exercises, I’m a lot stronger and got more movement back in my spine – my physio said it can take up to 2 years to get full movement back in my spine.
* Although I currently have a suspected broken toe and I’m waiting for an Xray, I’m grateful that although the new shoe cabinet drawer came off its runners and injured my foot – this being one of the injuries that it caused, it appears only one toe is actually broken – although my big toe was badly bruised and swollen, etc.
So yes, it’s been a tough year, but I try to look at the positive..
* I’m also grateful I’ve got a new home, even though there has always been problems so far, since moving in, on the 5th of November. With a leak that night from the bath, no boiling hot water for 1 month and 11 days and things that were broken and needed repairing or replacing. At least I have a home, with nice neighbours and I’m not facing potential homelessness anymore, as my last landlord was selling that flat.
I realised in life I can look at everything that is going wrong. or I can choose to be grateful for things I do have, and for things not being worse. This song reminds me of that.
Christmas is different for many people who are asexual and in order to spread awareness of asexuality and dive deep into why this is, I recorded this live video here https://www.youtube.com/live/MsuV8niWwac?si=NbfQN3pv1OdxQaYA
Can you relate?
* I’m also celebrating over 1 million organic views on my Asexualise My Asexualise Life channel and I could not have done that without every single one of you who has viewed my channel, subscribed, shared, liked or commented on it. So thank you so much. If you’re not yet subscribed – please consider doing so and hit the bell icon so you never miss an episode, here .
I recorded a special live video celebration the day, we, as a community, went over 1 Million views – 21st of December and bought myself a memorable gift for this – watch this episode here https://www.youtube.com/live/VrUxAmKlii8?si=RTZoGfd3XYe5CR7j
Whatever and however you are celebrating, I want to celebrate you and the wonderful gift of life you are to this world – never forget how ace you are. Sending much love to you right now and always xx and thank you for being part of my ace community, I appreciate that so much and you.
If you feel like sharing what you’ve been up to this Christmas, comment below, or on one of my YouTube posts, or email me asexualise@gmail.com or put it in chat on this site!
So happy to be featured on Empowerography Podcast telling my personal story of how I went from self-loathing to self-loving through entrepreneurship and what inspires me most about thework I do for asexuals and what asexuality actually is.
And if you’ve ever lacked purpose, felt like you don’t belong, or you don’t like yourself or your life – I want you to know I’ve been in that position myself for many, many years, since childhood, and it was tough – is an understatement.
It wasn’t until this moment… that everything changed for me and I went from self-loathing to self-loving…
After watching the video, you may have noticed that in order to self-love, you need to:
Take notice of all the special qualities you have.
How much life experience you have.
How much knowledge you have gained, through work and your life.
How many skills you have gained, through work and your life.
All of which you can use to help others.
Which means you are useful, not useless.
You are worthy of being in life.
You matter.
So think about all of these.
Helping others gives you purpose, meaning, and helps you to heal also. Even if that’s doing some sort of volunteer work – online or offline.
Helping yourself, by seeing your own value and worth, even when you’re not helping others, is important to your own health and wellbeing.
The more you see yourself as you truly are, not what love ones, family, so called friends and society have conditioned you to believe and think you are, the more you can be your true authentic self and love yourself. You can’t love yourself if others have manipulated and brainwashed you into believing you are this, that, and the other… and you can never change and there is something inherently wrong with you – what’s wrong with you, is the lies of unworthiness other people have fed you, and you believe, if you lack self-love. I hope you can begin to see, if you lack self-love, that you are worth loving and being in life.
And if you already love yourself, then I’m super happy for you and I’m glad you’re not dealing with the pain of self-loathing like I used to be, of both my life and myself…
In fact, it was in 2012, that my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia saved me from depression and my first ever business seminar I attended, was the start of my entrepreneurial journey that in turn started my self-love journey… before I found out I’m asexual in 2014…
Once again, this interview helps me with my life mission of getting asexuality recognised as a sexual orientation is its own right throughout the globe, so no asexual has to live in fear of ridicule ever again, and I’m so happy that Brad Walsh gave me this opportunity to empower and inspire his Empowerography audience.
In the main host Ritash’s own words they felt – (Re)energised & inspired by this fantabulous & intimate conversation with Sandra & Hayathi on “Ace”ing Diversity.
I felt very honoured to be introduced as a “celebrity” – see this clip in the video below, or click here https://youtu.be/2iUE4Dm-Ghk
It was one of the most raw, real, authentic, interview discussions I’ve ever had.
“Ace”ing Asexual Diversity, Self-love, Intimacy, Touch Sensitivity, Body Confidence, Non-conformity, covered a wide range of topics:
I was asked about my bestselling Asexual Perspectives book and why I wrote it. – If you haven’t yet got a copy, you can get yours here https://amzn.to/48bZR2C
We talked about Self-love – Including what that looks like and what actions you can take to self-love / self-love more.
Self-worth, body confidence, self-trust, self-respect, being your own cheerleader and best friend and so much more was discussed under “self-love”.
We talked about self-dating and the fact that on Feb 14th 2015 I founded International Celebrate Being Single Day.
We discussed why it’s good to be happy being single, while also being open to a relationship if wanted, and other types of connections.
We talked about being touch sensitive / averse.
We dived into sensual attraction vs sexual attraction.
We discussed arousal and sexual behaviour without sexual attraction.
So thrilled and proud to be featured on the podcast – AMPLIFY YOU: Ask The Expert: Be Vulnerable And Brave With Your Message An Asexual Journey With Sandra Bellamy.
Once again, this helps to raise awareness of asexuality and bring it to a more global audience that otherwise would never have heard of asexuality. It helps to fulfil my life mission of getting asexuality recognised as a sexual orientation in its own right throughout the globe, so no asexual has to live in fear of ridicule ever again.

Humans of Fuzia are on a storytelling mission with a particular focus on inspiring and empowering their community of over 5 Million+ Women.
In this article interview, I had to answer questions that were both personal and professional.
Which included:
What was my life like growing up?
What is my initiative and how is it helpful for people? This is about my asexuality mission.
What was my experience of the Covid-19 pandemic?
What has been the response to my venture? To the things I do to help asexuals.
How has my life changed? Since I started to help asexuals.
Who is my support system.
And what change I would like to see in the world, this was my answer:
“I would like the world to accept asexuality and that there are some people who genuinely don’t like, want, or need sex. So we can help prevent sexual abuse situations and make dating and relationships a better experience for all.”

My self-reinvention talk included my personal transformational life journey:
From being a shy, lonely, deeply unhappy, introverted girl,
Who was a suicidal depressed mess,
With no purpose…
Averse to touch by strangers…
With huge social anxiety,
And I could only see people on a one-to-one basis…
To being extroverted, loud, bubbly, talkative –
Discovering my life purpose… (and living it.)
Being all over social media…
….organising and hosting asexual meetups…
Being able to hug strangers…
Being able to talk about sex and masturbation, as easily as drinking water… to help asexuals.
Want to know how I achieved all of these transformations and more?
.. And learn the 9 steps to reinventing yourself, to whatever best future version of yourself you want to become?

And I wrote Diary Confessions Of A Hyper-romantic Asexual – 78 Life Lessons To ACE Your Life – book, which I am currently proofreading again along with my best friend, who fortunately for me, works in editorial as a job, so he is highly skilled and knowledgable to help me. Although with a diary-style book, it’s meant to have minimal editing done to it, be a casual conversational tone and use colloquial language, so I have to be careful not to overdo the editing, and to keep it very conversational, but I still want to make some final corrections.
This book is very different to any other book I’ve written before as it’s a diary-style book of my inner most thoughts, feelings and emotions, during a difficult hyper-romantic time and all the life lessons I learnt along the way. It’s written very informally. It’s like a behind-the-scenes of my Asexualise My Asexual Life channel – which is also a behind-the-scenes of my life, where I share my own asexual life journey, in order to help you in yours. Talking about things such as dating, relationships, self-love and self-care – which this book also focuses on helping you with. So it’s like an extension of my channel content to help you in your own asexual life – more details on this to follow and it will be at a low launch price when it’s first released, so keep your eyes on my next blog posts for updates about that, so you don’t miss out.
I was also interviewed by bLU Talks about asexuality on an episode of bLU Talks Amplify Your Message show which was recorded live – and co-hosted that show once too.
And I was the first keynote speaker at the Be And Become Summit on 14th Of December.
Here is my full talk in case you missed it:
And here is the full playlist with some of the highlights of that talk:

And last year I was interviewed by Shilpi Gupta Shah, PR & Digital Marketing Associate at Fuzia | Fuzia Talent, and she gave me a mention in one of her recent new year 2024 LinkedIn posts, as one of the remarkable women leaders she interviewed, which felt fabulous.
So please, do yourself a favour, never, ever, give up on your dreams and keep taking action to achieve each one of those. Your future self will thank you for it.
And make sure 2024, is the year you say, “I do” to you:
