Usage and Analytics

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click-stream data. We use this information, which does not track individual users, to analyse trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Asexualise will not use this information collected to market directly to a specific person.

We currently use Google Analytics to collect information anonymously and report website trends without identifying individual visitors as well as analytics from within the WordPress dashboard. We use these for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyse data about your visits to our sites to do things like optimize courses, product, and service creation, and to study the effectiveness of our communications with our customers.

We sometimes use Gravatar for your profile image, such as on our blog that follows you from site to site.

Disclosure of personal information and data usage with third parties and others, for providing you products and services

We may disclose information about you and your contact details to (i) companies within the Asexualise and Sandra Bellamy group, for the purposes and subject always to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement; (ii) in the event that we undergo re-organisation or are sold to a third party, in which case you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to that re-organised entity or third party for the purposes and subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement.

There are times when our servers or third party applications, also automatically collect personal information when you access one of our products and services. To give you a seamless experience, for example, by filling automatically your information (such as your name, email id) from one Asexualise product, when you sign up for an account on a different product or service,or make an additional purchase.   • Advertising services (including but not limited to retargeted advertising).
  • CloudFlare for SSL, data protection encryption.

Within the above categories of third parties, we may share data with other third parties such as AWS for Data Centre services.

These third-party service providers may access your personal information and are required to use it solely for the purpose of the requested service.

Asexualise may also be obliged to disclose your personal information to meet any legal or regulatory requirements (for example to comply with a court order or to prevent fraud or unauthorised access to our site, or your account), or obligations in accordance with applicable law.

DISCLAIMER

Asexualise sometimes posts third party links on our website, such as in our shop, or on our blog, within our newsletter, and other communications, to products that may be of interest to you. These may include affiliate links, which means we may receive some monetary compensation (like a commission), if a purchase is made through them. This does not affect the price you pay for the item. Once you click through that link, such as to Amazon, and are sent to the respective site, Asexualise’s Privacy Policy will not be applicable to that site, and their own will come into force, along with their own terms and conditions, and we will have no control over any further data you may share and we are no longer responsible for that data or what happens to it. Other people, not us, control these platforms and we have no control over the contents of third party websites, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Social media, blogs, reviews

Any social media posts or comments you send to us (on the Asexualise or associated pages and groups, or other Sandra Bellamy group of businesses Facebook pages, for instance), will be shared under the terms of the relevant social media platform (e.g. Facebook / Twitter) on which they are written – and could be made public (unless in a private Facebook group as controlled by Facebook’s own data controllers, security, settings, and provisions). Other people, not us, control these platforms. We are not responsible for this kind of sharing. We recommend you should review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the social media platforms you use. How Do We Keep Your Information Secure?

Asexualise recognises that its customers are increasingly concerned about how companies protect personal information from misuse and abuse and about privacy in general. Asexualise is constantly reviewing and enhancing its technical, physical, and managerial procedures and rules, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss and/or destruction.

We use industry standard TLS certificates to provide encryption of data in transit, for example, all access to Asexualise’s websites and management portals is covered by HTTPS.When you place orders or access your personal account information, you’re utilizing a secure socket layer SSL, which encrypts your personal information before it’s sent over the Internet. SSL is one of the safest encryption algorithm technologies available.

In addition, security plugins are on every site, to ensure maximum protection and safe guarding of your information and to prevent hacking. These plugins do create log files when you visit one of our sites, which can include your IP address, your location, and your country, and any other data needed to protect users and the site.

Please be aware that communications over the Internet, such as emails/webmails, are not secure unless they have been encrypted. We chose Invanto for hosting our courses, which is encrypted with SSL, and we have a subdomain on.

Please note, as Invanto is a third party which Asexualise uses, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any failure or security breach of our customers and users, within their own platform and the subdomain on their site.

Access to your information, correction and retention

We provide you with the ability to access and rectify some or all of your data, through our Asexualise newsletter, and through registered website user features and account settings.
