ASEXUALISE DATING SITES

What a lot of asexuals don’t realise, is there are dating sites specifically for asexuals. I am on ace-book.net and asexualitic.com.

The first, ace-book.net, is free.

The second, asexualitic.com, I believe is £15 to upgrade to full membership for the year, (please check the site for an up-to-date price, as it’s subject to change), but you can create a profile and put your email and other social media contact details on it, and just tell people to message you off there, and it would seem like no one stops you.

When I first joined Asexualitic.com  there were less than 5000 members, now there are over 59,000 and counting; and so it was free back then, and has remained free so far me for me – I have silver status!

I run 6 asexual groups on Facebook, including 3 asexual dating groups on Facebook and one for asexual friends.

There are a number of asexual dating groups on Facebook, but this Asexualise Dating one is niche, and specifically for asexuals who want to date and have a serious relationship with another asexual, without sex ever. So if you definitely don’t want sex ever, and if you are looking for a serious no sex ever asexual relationship and are not already a member, to join click here and answer the questions!

Some asexuals don’t mind sex, or even enjoy it as an activity to do like a board game. As I personally don’t like sex for me these days, I’m sex-repulsed for me but not for others who like it, enjoy it, and it’s consensual. I formed this group to find those asexuals who also wanted a relationship without sex ever, but I also have the Grey Area of passionate kissing which can be seen as sexual in behaviour, despite me not feeling any sexual attraction, and I still experience arousal. If you fall under the more Grey Asexual/Grey A and Demisexual end of the spectrum you can request to join that group which is in the next section of this blog post!

If you are a Grey (sometimes spelt Gray) Asexual, Grace, Grey A, or Demisexual, or on this end of the asexual spectrum, and you may want sex at some point in your life, or you have Grey Areas and you are not already part of my Grey Asexual Dating and Demisexual Dating group, you can request to join it by clicking here, and answering the questions! This is a group in which we discuss more asexual sexual behaviour and things of a Grey Asexual and Demisexual nature!

If you live in the UK, you can apply to join my dating and support group, that is specifically for asexuals on any part of the asexual spectrum, who live in the UK. You can request to join it by clicking here.

Asexual Dating Group for

If you want to connect with more asexuals just like you, I have an Asexual Friends group with asexuals from all across the spectrum in it!!

If you are not already a member and you wish to join us, you will need to click on this link and answer the questions. If you have any problems with this, please email me at asexualise@gmail.com

There are also at least a few other asexual dating groups on Facebook, such as Asexual Singles and Romantic Asexual Singles – although not everyone in those is looking for a date and some members, especially in Asexual Singles, are not asexual. Not everyone is single in it either.

Although you may find a lot of romantic asexuals on these sites and in these groups, you will also find aromantic aces wanting platonic relationships or friendships too.

Aven, otherwise known as Asexuality.org, is not a dating site, and they have strict rules about not posting you are looking to date/have a relationship with anyone – their rule is – you are not allowed, and don’t. Go to asexual dating sites for that! I was told off twice when I first joined! That does not mean to say that you cannot talk to someone in a private message who you get on well with, about a possible date or dating them, if you think it to be appropriate.

Asexual meet-ups are often organised through Asexuality.org by various people in different areas of the world – If there isn’t a meet-up, you could start one, watch my video on arranging a meet-up about that! Meet-ups are not normally used to find dates, but to meet other asexuals and make friends, however, one of those friends could turn into a future relationship for you, but don’t go with that intension.

If you do decide you would like to meet someone on your own, I would always recommend Skyping them first for your own safety and piece of mind. You need to know what they look like – a picture could be old, and if their behaviour while Skyping is in keeping with what they have told you about themselves. It’s also a great way of getting to know someone beforehand to check you are going to get on with them. If you have been messaging someone a lot of ace dating sites, you may want to give ‘Skype Dating’ a go before meeting them in person. This is different to Skyping someone just to get to know them for a one-to-one meet up or as a friend. Intentions should have been made clear before the Skype session, at to what purpose the Skyping is for. When you start chatting to a person as a meet-up potential one-to-one, it’s about making sure you will just get on and are comfortable to meet. When you are Skype dating, it is often because you have shown interest in each other romantically, or expressed an interest in a relationship with each other, and want to get to know each other on a more personal/intimate level, and will be asking each other questions to find out if you would be suitable to be in a relationship together, of course one day they may become more than your friend if asexy/romantic/platonic sparks fly, but the intention at this point is different.
